Can I Still Order Cakes in Cambridge?

Cambridge remains an important part of our story and we continue to bake for customers across Cambridge through scheduled delivery dates.
Most deliveries take place on selected Thursday/Fridays, making them ideal for weekend birthdays,celebrations and gatherings.
We regularly deliver to central Cambridge and surrounding areas including Northstowe, Trumpington, Chesterton, Cherry Hinton, Cambourne, and Newmarket

Our Cambridge deliveries are grouped into scheduled runs, strictly limited by our vehicle's coolbox capacity. Once a delivery run is fully booked, we cannot squeeze in extra orders.
Need a different date?
If our scheduled Cambridge dates don't match your celebration, you are welcome to collect directly from our Suffolk studio instead (subject to kitchen capacity).

The Baking Jin began in Cambridge, where founder Jin first built a loyal following for his signature chiffon cakes, fresh cream cakes and East Asian-inspired desserts. After winning the Cambridge Bake Off, what started as a small baking venture grew into a business serving customers across Cambridge and beyond.
While our kitchen is now based in Suffolk, Cambridge remains an important part of our story and we continue to create cakes for many of our long-standing Cambridge cake lovers.
❄️ Our Freshness Promise for the Journey: Because our chiffon cakes are light and decorated with fresh dairy cream, we take extra care on the road. All Cambridge orders are hand-packed into heavy-duty insulated cool boxes with ice packs for the trip from Suffolk. Your cake is guaranteed to arrive in pristine condition, perfectly chilled, fresh, and ready straight for your fridge!

Planning a party, celebration or special event in Cambridge? If you're ordering three or more cakes, we'd be happy to discuss delivery options. We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferred date, with arrangements subject to availability and scheduling.

Single Cake Orders
Cambridge deliveries are organised on selected dates throughout the month.
Single cake orders are welcome, however all orders are scheduled into our planned delivery runs and are subject to availability. Once a delivery date is full, we are unable to add additional orders. Please pre-order early.

Can't make our scheduled Cambridge delivery run? You can pre-order for collection from our private Suffolk studio instead and add a delicious detour to your weekend road trip!

Worth the Detour: We are a great pitstop on your way back to Cambridge from beautiful spots like Southwold, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, Woodbridge etc....

Road-Trip Ready: We bake purely to order and will have your cake perfectly chilled and securely boxed. To keep it safe on the drive home, please to bring your own cool box, or you can hire an insulated bag and ice packs from us for a refundable £5 deposit upon return.
