Booking Process
Every cake is handmade to order in our private studio using fresh, premium ingredients. To secure your booking, please keep these quick points in mind:

Give 7 working Days’ Notice: The earlier you book the better, as our diary fills up fast! Last-minute orders within a week are rarely guaranteed.

Personal Confirmation: Once you submit an enquiry, Jin will personally check our schedule to confirm availability, design details, and collection/delivery before finalising your booking.

All cakes are handmade to order in Suffolk, so advance booking is recommended, especially during busy periods.

Pickup Location
Studio Collection: Collect your cake by appointment directly from our kitchen in Owl's Green, Suffolk

Climate-controlled Delivery
Regional Delivery (£6–£12): Subject to availability, we offer personal climate-controlled delivery across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, including Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, and South Norwich.

Cambridge's larger or group orders
Cambridge Orders: We will always bake for our original home! Delivery to Cambridge for larger bespoke or group orders is available upon request. Please note that all Cambridge deliveries are strictly subject to our baking schedule and availability.

Caring For Your Cake
Our signature chiffon cakes are crafted with fresh dairy cream and real fruit. Because they are a light, dessert-style bake, they love the cold!
To keep your celebration perfect, please follow these quick steps:
Ready the Fridge
Please make flat space in your fridge at home. Our cakes need to stay chilled until you are ready to serve.
Journeys Over 20 Mins
Fresh cream will soften in a warm car! Please bring a cool bag and ice packs if your drive home is longer than 20 minutes.
Forgot Yours?
We offer cool bags and ice packs for a refundable £5 deposit. Please let us know in advance so we can freeze enough!
