Terms and Conditions for cake booking and delivery:

1. Cake Booking:

 - All cake orders must be placed in advance, and full payment is required to confirm your booking.

- Changes or cancellations to orders can only be accommodated up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.

- Unless specified, if payment is not received 2 days before your pickup/delivery date, your order will not be processed, even if payment is made later.

- We reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on availability or special requests.

 

2. Delivery:

- While we strive to accommodate delivery requests, please note that delivery is provided as an additional convenience for our customers and is subject to availability. We encourage you to consider picking up your order if it is feasible for you.

- We will not deliver without the recipient's full name, complete delivery address including postcode, and a contact number (preferably mobile). It is essential for a smooth delivery process.

-We will do our best to fulfill delivery requests, but if there are difficulties such as limited parking or non-allocated drop-off locations, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

-The maximum waiting time at the delivery address will be 5 minutes. If there is no response or if the recipient is unable to receive the cake within that time, we'll take it back to our pickup point and you have to pickup later.

- Delivery charges may apply based on the distance and delivery location.

- Any last minute change of delivery address and time on the delivery day may result in refusal of delivery. It is important to provide accurate and final delivery information at the time of placing the order.

  

3. Pickup:

- Please ensure that you arrive at the agreed-upon time. We cannot guarantee the availability or freshness of the cake for late pickups.

- Any delays or changes in pickup arrangements must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

 

4. Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements:

- While we strive to accommodate various dietary requirements, please note that our kitchen handles allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

- It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any specific allergies or dietary restrictions when placing the order.

 

5. Cake Care and Storage:

- Upon delivery or pickup, please follow our instructions for proper cake handling and storage to maintain its freshness and quality.

- We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been delivered or picked up.
