Join us this summer at The Baking Jin Suffolk kitchen for our seasonal, open-air coffee counter pop-up.
Discover the joy of East Asian-inspired baking in a relaxed garden setting, pairing our signature, cloud-like chiffon cake slices with rotating specialty coffee. Whether you are trying chiffon cake for the first time or returning for your favourites, come experience what makes our bakes so unique.
A Sunday Morning Detour Operating for just three and a half hours on the last Sunday of the month, our outdoor counter is a curated tasting experience rather than a daily café. We simply want to share a slice of authentic baking culture with the Suffolk countryside.
Whether you are a local resident, enjoying a weekend staycation, or camping nearby, we are the perfect Sunday morning detour. Located a scenic drive from Framlingham, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and surrounding villages.

Is Chiffon Cake?
If you’ve never tried chiffon cake before - this is the perfect place to start.
Known for its incredibly light, airy and cloud-like texture, chiffon cake is one of The Baking Jin’s signature specialties and a staple across East and Southeast Asian bakeries.
Our coffee counter was created to share the full chiffon cake experience: freshly sliced, paired with excellent coffee, and enjoyed in good company.
