What a summer season it has been! Our outdoor Coffee Counter pop-up in the village of Suffolk village Owl’s Green has now wrapped up for 2026, and we are still buzzing from all the energy, laughter, and community warmth you brought to our studio yard last Sunday of Summer months.
When we first set out to pair our light, cloud-like chiffon cakes with freshly brewed coffee, we simply wanted to create a fun, casual space for you to pause and enjoy a treat. Seeing you all gather—from dog walkers and cyclists to visitors traveling all the way from Sabah to Suffolk—made every single early morning completely worth it.
Whether you came for the Pandan, Earl Grey, Japanese Swiss Rolls, or a cup of special Gula Melaka espresso, thank you for your incredible support, enthusiasm, and patience during our busiest moments!
What’s Next?
While our outdoor counter is taking a break for the colder months, The Baking Jin is far from quiet:
Made-to-Order Cakes: Our studio bakery remains open year-round for custom orders (subject to calendar availability).
Supper Clubs: We are hosting intimate dining experiences featuring interesting flavours—keep an eye on our events page!
Future Pop-Ups: We are actively exploring indoor opportunities for the winter and preparing for an even bigger return next spring!
