After such a wonderful response last year, we are delighted to announce that The Baking Jin’s Coffee & Cake Counter will return for Summer 2026!

Join us for relaxed countryside Sunday mornings filled with freshly ground coffee, fluffy chiffon cakes, friendly chats, and a little taste of East and Southeast Asian-inspired baking here in Owl’s Green, Suffolk.

Whether you are curious about chiffon cakes, looking for a weekend drive towards the Suffolk coast, or simply fancy coffee and cake in a peaceful countryside setting — we would love to welcome you.

📅 Summer 2026 Opening Dates

We will be opening on the last Sunday of the month from May to August:

• Sunday 31 May 2026

• Sunday 28 June 2026

• Sunday 26 July 2026

• Sunday 30 August 2026

⏰ Opening hours: 10:00am – 1:30pm (or until sold out)

• Freshly ground coffee

• Signature chiffon cake slices

• Occasional traditional kuih and buns (if available)

• A relaxed outdoor countryside atmosphere

• Your very own chiffon cake experience!

• 🐶 Dogs are very welcome too

🍰 Prebook & Jump the Queue

Last year, some of our popular chiffon cake slices sold out quickly, so we are introducing a simple prebooking option for 2026.

You can now prebook selected cake slices and drinks through our website product page before the event date, perfect if you are travelling from afar or want to avoid missing out.
