We’re Back - Slowly, Gently, and with Full Hearts

After a quiet start to 2026, The Baking Jin is finally back.

The first few months of the year turned out a little different than expected. While some time away was planned, there were also a few unexpected delays along the way. But sometimes, these pauses give me space to rest, reflect, and return with renewed energy, and that’s exactly what I’m bringing back to the kitchen.

Baking will be easing back in gradually over the coming weeks. I’ll be reopening for orders in a slower, more intentional rhythm, focusing on the bakes you love and the celebrations that matter most—whether it’s a simple treat, a special gathering, or something in between.
